CBCT® (Cognitively Based Compassion Training) is a mindfulness and compassion meditation protocol developed by Dr. Lobsang Tenzin Negi, director of the Center for Contemplative Science and Compassion- based Ethics at Emory University and of Drepung Loseling Monastery in Atlanta, EEUU, a center under the patronage of the Dalai Lama. Recent studies show that CBCT® reduces emotional stress and promotes resiliency and social competence.
